The Matriculation Division of the Ministry of Education Malaysia is committed and dedicated to ensuring:
Examination results are delivered to students within 30 working days from the final examination date.
The curriculum of the Matriculation Program is reviewed at least every three years or as per current requirements.
Online offer letters are issued to successful applicants to the Matriculation Program within 21 working days after the announcement of SPM results.
Bill payments are made within 14 days from the date of receiving complete documents.
Initial customer complaint feedback is provided within one working day.
